Dr. Nina Tan

Managing Director

Dr. Nina Tan is a PhD holder in Business Management from SMU, Fellow Chartered Accountant in Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore; Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, has a Master in Business Administration and completed the International Management Program with Stanford-NUS. Nina was awarded the best Art of War CFO by Sun Tzu Art of War institute in Y2011.

Nina Tan has garnered almost 3 decades of Multi National Corporation, International Listed Companies, GLCs, Audit Firms and start-up experience. ​

Nina’s expertise in global M&A ventures led to successful ventures encompassing her own start-up specialty chemical companies in US / Asia Pacific; and the consolidation between SingTel and ST Telemedia’s trunk radio business, merger of Sunpage / ST Mobile Data / ST Trunk Radio; and Joint Venture with China Unicom.


Ms. Tiffany Lim

Marketing Specialist

Tiffany Lim graduated with an Academic Distinction from the Cambridge School of Visual and Performing Arts, and studies at the University of Essex with a major in Marketing. She is an author whose books are distributed across North America and Asia, and has worked with international media organisations for more than five years.

Tiffany works with media organisations as an author, designer, marketer and project manager. Her clients include Cartoon Network, Bossini Singapore, and Singapore’s primary broadcaster Mediacorp. ​Her books are distributed by Barnes & Noble, Inc., W & G Foyle Ltd and Times Publishing Limited. Her network includes the Walt Disney Company, Turner Broadcasting System, Nickelodeon and FUNimation.

​She is a speaker who has addressed polytechnic students in Ngee Ann Polytechnic and Singapore Polytechnic. ​She has also spoken in educational institutions (IMDA Labs, National Library Board) and literary festivals (All In! 2018).


Yap Xin Ee

Licensing & Franchising Specialist

Yap Xin Ee is a graduate from SIM RMIT with a Bachelor of Business Marketing, majoring in Global Marketing. She has undertaken Franchising and Licensing program held by Franchising and Licensing Association "FLA ".

Xin Ee is an experienced Business Analyst and Systems Implementor in Business Process Improvement projects in the technology industry. 

Xin Ee works passionately to empower business entrepreneurs to capitalize on their IP assets and monetize them via Franchising and Licensing arrangements, to create business expansion.


Rachel Zhai

Business Analytics Specialist

Rachel earned her undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of International Business in China, and her professional accountant by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA).

In her role, Rachel deals with a wide range of complex commercial finance issues including but not limited to consolidating & analysing financial data, financing planning and strategic reviews.

As an experienced auditor across various sectors in the global supply chain, Rachel adds value to the team by providing financial analysis, advisory and strategy implementation to enable the business to optimise value and business efficiency.

Before joining 8nalytics, she held a reputable financial position at HP, leading in financial forecasting, planning, and analysis. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed multiple projects that led the business through numerous periods of rapid change and growth. An expert in change management, she is skilled at leading process improvements that maximize results.


Shaun Sng

Senior Manager

Shaun is a graduate from the University of Western Australia (UWA), majoring in Finance and Economics.

Shaun brings extensive knowledge to 8nalytics in the field of economics, finance, and experience in corporate finance advisory

Before joining the team, Shaun worked in an internationally recognized bank where he advised on corporate loans and technology development with clients located across the globe.

As a member of the advisory team, provides business leaders and executives of small and large organizations with the refined expertise necessary to make informed commercial decisions, helping to drive innovation and generating revenue from IP assets.

Shaun has been involved in the commercialization of technologies and products from a wide range of different fields, including the pharmaceutical, construction, financial technology, marketplaces, cosmetic distribution and industrial machinery sectors. Shaun combines his experience in technology development and application with expertise in business modelling to assist clients to identify unique features in their technology and increase their likelihood of commercial success.
