Dr. Nina Tan (Strategic Leadership, Analytics, Entrepreneurship and Change Management)


Dr. Tan is a chartered accountant who holds an MBA and Ph.D. in General Management at Lee Kong Chian School of Business at Singapore Management University. Dr. Tan is an ACTA trained Executive Education trainer, DACE curator and teaches subjects such as analytics, corporate finance, entrepreneurship, leadership and strategy at Singapore Management University, Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, GLCs and MNCs across Asia. She was awarded the best Art of War CFO by Sun Tzu Art of War Institute in Y2016, for her strategic thinking and training skills.

Nina is currently appointed by Enterprise Singapore as a business advisor and skills future mentor. Being a serial entrepreneur, she had successfully groomed start-ups, which included her own stint in construction chemicals business that spans US and Asia Pacific; she subsequently sold off to formidable Global industry player Sika. 



Dr. Lim Chon Phung (Innovation, Research and Teaching)


Chon-Phung is an information technology industry veteran with more than three decades of experience in Hewlett-Packard and Oracle Corporation. He retired from the corporate world to spend time on areas that are more engaging and consequential. He is currently a Research Fellow in Entrepreneurship at the Singapore Management University to pursue his dual passions in research and teaching. In parallel, he is working with a network of NGOs in Northern Samar, the Philippines to develop local entrepreneurship as a possible pathway out of extreme poverty in rural communities. He is also a partner in a private angel investment group, and an adviser and board member to several startups in the region.

Chon-Phung graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Art in Computer Science and a Bachelor in Business Administration. He holds an MBA from The Booth School of Business of the University of Chicago. He returned to pursue a PhD at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University after his retirement from Oracle with a focus on innovation for inclusive growth. He was awarded a PhD in General Management in June 2018.


Mr. Gerald Chew (Legal, Contract Law and Intellectual Property)


Gerald Chew obtained a law degree from the University of London and an MBA from the University of Adelaide. He was called to the English Bar, as a Barrister of the Middle Temple in 1988. 

Gerald’s previous in-house legal positions includes roles with, MTV as Regional Counsel to MTV Asia (1995 to 1996); Corporate Counsel to Wuthelam Holdings Ltd (1997 to 2000), Vice President, FantasticOne Pte Ltd (2000 to 2001) and as a Director, Corporate Services in the public sector (2002 to 2004). Since January 2005, Gerald has been General Counsel of Delfi Limited (formerly known as Petra Foods), where he drives the Group’s Law & Corporate Affairs Department. In his current role, he oversees the Group’s trademarks and intellectual property rights portfolio; and the compliance and governance framework. He advises the Group on diverse corporate matters including joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, divestments and the setting up of financial facilities. 


Ms Lydia Kam (Channel Sales Partner - Finance & Tax Planning)


Lydia Kam graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy with National University of Singapore and is a Chartered Accountant with Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and a Certified Public Accountant with CPA Australia.


Lydia has more than 20 years of regional finance experience gained in Multinational & Local Corporations across biotechnology, global mobility, insurance and oil & gas industries. Her core expertise are in areas of strategic business planning, financial management, financial modelling, EPC project management, operations, human resource management and corporate governance. She is also experienced in green field set-ups (China & UAE), merger & acquisitions, franchising and value creation through IP. Her value proposition to business owners – conceptualize business model to workable strategy, validate strategy using financial modelling ie let the numbers tell the business story in a concise manner.


Ms Rosalind Tan (Channel Sales Partner - Learning & Development)


Rosalind graduated with a Bachelor of Education and Training in Human Resource Development with University of Melbourne. She is a certified trainer with ACTA qualification and is currently pursuing further qualification for Development in Design and Development of Learning for curation of training and development programs.


She has over 15 years of regional experience in the expertise of training and learning initiatives with multi-national organizations across hospitality, healthcare, insurance, facility management, construction equipment industries to analyze and develop customer-centric development initiatives to inspire individual aspiration to align with department and organization growth.


A motivational Toastmasters speaker with a certificate in applied psychology, she is passionate about driving and connecting the dots in operational and human resource development aligning to the business models framework, organizational goals and vision. 


Mr Rudy Fang (Channel Sales Partner - Marketing)


Rudy Fang holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Management, Graduate Diploma in International Business, and Diploma in Chinese Studies. He is also Certified Wealth Manager and Certified WSQ Facilitator and Assessor (WSQ ACLP).


Rudy has 28 years of professional management experience and running businesses. He held senior positions in Consumer Banks (Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, Bank Danamon) and Information Technology MNCs (Sun Microsystems, Wincor Nixdorf, Palm, ERI Bancaire, Finnova). Rudy is a serial entrepreneur in Wealth Management, Information Technology, and Wholesale Trade businesses. In his professional and business experience, Rudy covered international markets in Asia Pacific and travelled more than 75% of his time in Asia and Europe.


Mr Jimmy Chew (Sales Channel Partner - Organization Psychology)


Jimmy Chew graduated with a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the City University of New York (CUNY). He has been implementing organizational developmental projects for more than 30 years. He is also an active Associate Member with the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychologists.


As an Associate Coach, he was instrumental in helping PME individuals to retool themselves to maximize their future employment opportunities. As an Associate Trainer, he trained adults and tertiary students in the Workforce Singapore programs. He has a full ACTA Certification and a Diploma in Human Resource Development. He believes in collaborating with his teams and imbedding values and good practices the Gold Award for excellence. Additionally, he has recently been certified as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master.
