Dr. Nina Tan (Strategic Leadership, Analytics, Entrepreneurship and Change Management)


Dr. Tan is a chartered accountant who holds an MBA and Ph.D. in General Management at Lee Kong Chian School of Business at Singapore Management University. Dr. Tan is an ACTA trained Executive Education trainer, DACE curator and teaches subjects such as analytics, corporate finance, entrepreneurship, leadership and strategy at Singapore Management University, Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants, GLCs and MNCs across Asia. She was awarded the best Art of War CFO by Sun Tzu Art of War Institute in Y2016, for her strategic thinking and training skills.

Nina is currently appointed by Enterprise Singapore as a business advisor and skills future mentor. Being a serial entrepreneur, she had successfully groomed start-ups, which included her own stint in construction chemicals business that spans US and Asia Pacific; she subsequently sold off to formidable Global industry player Sika. 



Mr. Gerald Chew (Legal, Contract Law and Intellectual Property)


Gerald Chew obtained a law degree from the University of London and an MBA from the University of Adelaide. He was called to the English Bar, as a Barrister of the Middle Temple in 1988. 

Gerald’s previous in-house legal positions includes roles with, MTV as Regional Counsel to MTV Asia (1995 to 1996); Corporate Counsel to Wuthelam Holdings Ltd (1997 to 2000), Vice President, FantasticOne Pte Ltd (2000 to 2001) and as a Director, Corporate Services in the public sector (2002 to 2004). Since January 2005, Gerald has been General Counsel of Delfi Limited (formerly known as Petra Foods), where he drives the Group’s Law & Corporate Affairs Department. In his current role, he oversees the Group’s trademarks and intellectual property rights portfolio; and the compliance and governance framework. He advises the Group on diverse corporate matters including joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, divestments and the setting up of financial facilities. 


Dr. Yong Hsin Ning ( Organization Behavior and Change Management)


Dr. Yong has over 17years of change practitioner experience in Management Consulting experience; managing business-driven technology transformation in the capacity of Change Management Lead and Business Architect in South East Asia. She has extensive experience with both public and private sector clients in the Financial Services, Defense, Industrial Relations, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications and Airline Industries.

Hsin Ning has spearheaded multi-million dollar projects involving training and change management and is a curriculum designer and Executive education trainer at NUS and SMU. In addition, she is currently teaching Business model design and Organization Behaviors to undergraduate students at Singapore Management University. Dr. Yong was awarded in 2019 as a "Top Adjunct Faculty" in SMU  Business School. 

Hsin Ning is part of the trio team of well-balanced industry and Ph.D. business management trainers offering SCALE program to entrepreneurs at SMU Academy. 


Ms. Stacey Huang ( Organization Behavior and Change Management)


Stacey holder of MSC specializing in Psychology, has more than 11 years of experience as an Organization Psychologist specializing in supporting entities undergoing digital transformations, managing large scale change and culture programs in industries such as Finance,  Defence, FMCG, Healthcare, Insurance, and Energy. Ms. Huang has conducted more than 100 psychometric assessments for leaders and managers, profiling their strengths, areas of development, and working styles;  which resulted in customized learning requirements.

Previously, she was a consultant at Accenture helping organizational transitions for business improvement, employee engagement and operational setup projects. Recently, she is the main trainer of the educational content, tools, and references on risk-related subjects, that she curates.
