Masterclass Boardroom Presentation Skills

This course aims to:

  • Empower Senior Management Executives with skills to boost personal and professional presentation performance that will enable the board to make the appropriate decisions following your presentation
  • Equip participants with tools and techniques to deliver compelling, dynamic and effective presentations

This workshop imparts skills and knowledge such as Gestalt cognitive, Information Chunking, Neuro Meta Miller linguistic skills, pitching and closing techniques. Lessons will be conducted in an experiential and fun learning mode.
There will be sessions for transference of techniques, interspersed with case studies, group discussions, role play and individual participation.

This course will help you discover how to:

  • Gain Mastery in converting Complex topics into simple and easy to understand Concepts
  • Understand boardroom requirements and protocols
  • Captivate BOD, investors and management with the business acumen and right use of tonality, modality and body language
  • Frame and story boarding the presentation that will facilitate board discussion of the topic and reach their own understanding to form a basis for decision-making.
  • Prepare good quality information concisely, handle questions, and practice to perfection.
  • Apply experiential presentation skills that involve connecting and engaging with use of auditory, kinaesthetic and visual techniques
  • Present key concepts with structure, power and enthusiasm;
  • Design and deliver visuals effectively

NTUC Union Training Assistance Programme (UTAP)

UTAP (Union Training Assistance Programme) is an individual skills upgrading account for NTUC members. NTUC member gets to enjoy UTAP funding 50% of the unfunded course fee capped at $250 every year. This excludes miscellaneous fees such as GST and registration fee etc.

This course is approved for UTAP support for intakes conducted between 12 June 2019 – 31 March 2020.

As UTAP is given on calendar year basis, and calculated based on year of training taken, it cannot be accumulated.

  • Maintained paid-up NTUC membership before course, throughout course duration and at the point of claim and;
  • Course by training provider must be supported under UTAP and training must commence within the supported period and;
  • Unfunded course fee must not be fully sponsored by company or other types of funding
  • Unfunded course fee must be S$20.00 and above, and;
  • Member must achieve a minimum of 75% attendance for each application and sat for all prescribed examination(s), if any and;
  • UTAP application must be made within 6 months after course ends.

Her areas of expertise encompass mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, risk management, strategic planning, sales, operations, financial modelling, business performance management, investment structuring, tax planning, treasury and international financial reporting across high technology, health care, telecommunications and chemical   She is currently approved by Enterprise Singapore as a busines advisor that provides Business Advisor Services on relevant government grants available. 

With her vast Global experience and training techniques, Nina is a prolific trainer acknowledged by many MNC and Fortune 500 Corporate Trainees for her effective and lively programs in Beijing, Malaysia, Shanghai, Singapore, UK and US.
