Strategic Talent Management: Unique Innovative Executive Development and Coaching for the next Generation of Leaders

Talent management exists to improve performance in support of the organisation's goals. In view of stiff competition for talents, organisations are no longer only concerned about developing and replacing top talents. They have to focus on the attraction and cultivation of their best talents at all levels of the organisation.

This course uses people analytics, engaging technology and teaching tools to impart technical knowledge on talent management.
There will be sessions for transference of techniques, interspersed with case studies, group discussions, role play and individual participation.

  • Practice Mindfulness Techniques such as Body Scan, Breathing meditation and Stress Coping Mechanisms.
  • Align team’s talent and effort with the Organization’s strategic direction.
  • Coach managers to optimize their potential to lead the Organization into an escalated phase of growth.
  • Competently use talent analytics to measure the impact resulting from talent management effort and to make objective human resource decisions.
  • Identify, assess, develop team member’s individual unique competencies.
  • Define, decode, design and develop Team Dynamics.
  • Adopt coaching skills that engage auditory, kinaesthetic and visual techniques.
  • Mapping Talent to Career pathing to retain capabilities, knowledge and skills.

Dr Nina Tan

Nina has a PhD in Business, an MBA holder, and is a Fellow Chartered accountant in Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants(ISCA) and London Chartered Association of Certified Accountants(ACCA). In addition, she is ACTA and DACE qualified from Institute of Adult Learning.  She completed the International Management Programme with Stanford-NUS and was awarded the best Art of War CFO by Sun Tzu Art of War Institute in 2011.

Nina has been a Corporate CFO and a successful Entrepreneur who has garnered more than 20 years of Multinational Corporation, International Listed Companies, GLCs, Audit Firms and start-up experience that spanned the whole of Asia Pacific and Europe. Her areas of expertise encompass mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, risk management, strategic planning, sales, operations, financial modelling, business performance management, investment structuring, tax planning, treasury and international financial reporting across high technology, health care, telecommunications and chemical   She is currently approved by Enterprise Singapore as a busines advisor that provides Business Advisor Services on relevant government grants available. 

With her vast Global experience and training techniques, Nina is a prolific trainer acknowledged by many MNC and Fortune 500 Corporate Trainees for her effective and lively programs in Beijing, Malaysia, Shanghai, Singapore, UK and US.
